Three days along the river by regional train
The line follows the river for most of its length, stopping at every town with a bridge. We bought a regional day pass each morning, got off wherever the platform looked promising, and walked to the next station when the path along the water allowed it. Two of the three evenings we arrived on the last train of the day.
